承諾在2010年7月31日早上11時半於下列一個地方母乳育嬰:
I pledge to breastfeed at 11:30am on 31 July 2010 at one of the following venues:

鰂魚涌社區會堂大禮堂 (香港基利路1 號鰂魚涌社區綜合大樓地下, 太古地鐵站B出口)
Quarry Bay Community Hall (G/F, Quarry Bay Community Complex, 1 Greig Road, Hong Kong. MTR Taikoo Station Exit B)
 
該場地於早上10時45分開始登記，11時為活動揭開序幕，11時半大合照，繼而舉行國際母乳哺育周記者招待會，並公佈各場地參與總人數。（在場記者可能會於母乳餵哺活動期間拍照。）
Registration starts at 10:45am. Opening ceremony at 11 am with group photo at 11:30 am followed by the World Breastfeeding Week press conference when the total number of mothers participating at the various venues will be announced. (Reporters may be taking photos during the breastfeeding function.)

將會有一名家庭成員陪同。
Will be accompanied by one family member.

 
場地可容納之人數有限，登記請早。
Due to the limited capacity of the venue, enrollment will be accepted on a first come first served basis.

凡於鰂魚涌社區會堂大禮堂/醫院病房/兩所衞生署轄下母嬰健康院參與齊來母乳育嬰日之母親均可獲得精美圍巾乙條。
數量有限，送完即止

在家/ 職場參與齊來母乳育嬰日之母親均會獲得電子證書乙張。

A souvenir scarf will be awarded at the venue to breastfeeding mothers who participate at the Quarry Bay Community Hall, hospital wards and the two Maternal and Child Health Centres. (Available while stock lasts)

An electronic certificate will be awarded to breastfeeding mothers who participate at home or in the workplace.
